I'm passionate about the history, ritual, and culture of absinthe. I've traveled to Europe to absinthe gatherings and festivals, been a tasting judge in the birthplace of French absinthe, and written a book celebrating absinthe's amazing and diverse antiques, art, postcards. I host many absinthe tastings and gatherings each year, and enjoy bringing people together to share in this wonderful spirit! These workshops will discuss the history, mythology, and unfair banning of absinthe, and its rebirth. We will enjoy two varieties of genuine absinthe, prepared in the correct, traditional manner.
