This workshop will focus on the extended range of Bartitsu and will make the assumption that the gentleman or lady defending themselves is equipped or encumbered with a cane or walking stick. When facing an assailant who also has a hand-held weapon such as a cane, truncheon, cudgel, etc. one must face the threat carefully, tactically and technically. This workshop will address some of these strategic choices and examine just what can and cannot/should and should not be attempted. Please bring a walking stick if you wish to participate. The Professor will only have a limited amount of sticks for use.
